The following is a list of common food allergens and specific food allergens members of the coop have. Ingredients listed here must be labled properly by cooks as per the [[:documents:manual#food_labeling_for_co-op_dinners|house manual]]. This list is maintained by the [[:documents:officers#kitchen_manager_4_hours|Kitchen Manager]].

===== Severe Allergens =====

The following is a list of severe food allergens members of the coop have. Due to the severity of the reaction members experience when coming into physical contact with these items, they are not allowed to be stored, prepared, or served in the commons without the expressed consent of the person with the allergy (see [[:documents:manual#severe_food_allergens|House Manual]]). This list is maintained by the [[:documents:officers#kitchen_manager_4_hours|Kitchen Manager]].
