Richard: I am maintenance coordinator now, officially. I need to get access to the card. Frog will still be managing the pest control treatments, which will happen in a staggered fashion over the next few weeks.

(Venus) Forgive Venus's February rent due to the ongoing habitability issues with unit 206

Venus: If you’d like to tour the unit, I have a lot of things I want to show you. There’s a rat, there’s the mold issue, there’s the electrical issue, there’s the bathroom door issue, and underneath the sink. The previous tenant didn’t think it was a big issue, but I have standards.

Richard, maintenance: The pest control will be next week. Once I have the card, I can call an electrician for the shorting issue. I can give you some surge protectors in the meantime. We’ll test for mold.

Venus: That’d be sick.

Friendly amendment: Amend this to state from the date of move-in to the end of March.

Venus: Happily accepted.
