+Stormie: There was a behavior contract violation that had a notice to vacate posted, effective today, the 15th. He just recently sent an email about vacating the room within 30 days. He says he’s moving to Dallas. He’s requesting an extension.

Tracy has always been able to bring this request for a delay to the house, and he’s waited to until the last minute again. He’s been under the notice for 30 days already. I also want to file for evictions now.

+POI: If we don’t reckon there’s a high chance of him following through, and there’s a fair bit of disagreement on that, and cost is a concern, we should probably file soon so we can get that room rented again.
+POI: Once we file the court will set a date for court and then final move-out, at which point they’ll send constables. That timeframe is longer than what he’s asking for. He has strung us along so many times that I can’t see the usefulness of an extension. Spend the money, go to court.
