Bernard - Any update on the repairs for the washer?\\
Stormie - We have contacted the company, I’m not aware of them responding back at all. We can’t buy just the part, they do not sell it. It is not under warranty.\\
Fred - can we google this and try to find it?\\
Stormie - they do not sell that piece, they sell other parts for it. The only thing we can buy is the whole front unit which costs around $500.\\
Russ - we lose about $200 a month by not having it up\\
Stormie - We are not getting reimbursed for maintenance right now and we have the stair expense coming up, so we don’t want to spend when we don’t have to\\
