Stormie signed up for labor czar, so now we have a MemCo absence. Special election nomination is ongoing.

(Russ) If a payment plan has been defaulted and the resident asks for and receives House approval for a new payment plan, the new payment plan must be signed with 10 days ot the date, of House approval. If not a Notice to Vacate shall be issued by the either the Steward, Treasurer or Memco.

(Steward) Requesting that once the Labor Czar position is filled once again, that Gardenia is assigned as Steward Secretary. He has already been helping me over the past few months, and I will need his help if other officer positions are relinquished in the future.

Point of information: We allow 4-hour officers to delegate an hour.

Stormie: I'm fine with it. I think delegating two hours would make sense.

Beryl: Great, sounds good.

Stormie: I'd like to bring back the kitchen manager position. Bernard's kind of been doing it. He could report no-shows.\\
Point of information: As labor czar you could create that position.\\

Stormie: We have a lot of labor that needs to be done. I'm going to be trying to move back to numerical hour labor assignments, as it's part of my labor czar tasks. Getting digital reporting of labor would be good too, although not everyone has a smart phone. Maybe a Google Form.\\

Bernard: We should avoid putting flour in the fridge. It destroys the flour and causes clumping. I'm requesting a sign.\\

Leah: I'm going to help Lyssa get all the food receipts uploaded.
