- Dwayne - I resign from picking up dog poop. Other people are letting their dogs poop there and not picking it up
- Bernard - This is a home for us, not a hangout. Some people that don’t live here have been hanging out in common areas. Homeless dudes are hanging out here and taking our stuff or are about to take it away. Please have common courtesy to treat this place like a home.
Phil - Ive had people at my apartment but I don’t let them back.
- Leah - I recently cleaned up the CHEA disability request form. This will be given to officers and added to the wiki. People’s requests can be documented to better accommodate peoples needs. GMM(General Membership Meeting) is the 22nd. Budget is being worked on, hopefully that will be presented at next meeting. The ops manager position is still being discussed.

- Steward/Temporary Memco Report - Beryl - So far, no-one has signed up for memco. Officer elections will be held in June. Not a lot as steward is happening. As memco, there are people moving out, and new people will be moving in. Unit 108 will be open soon.
Don - people were cleaning 108 on Saturday.
Leah - is there an update on cleaning 103?
Beryl - That needs to be done soon.
Lorenzo - I would like to have my A/C cleaned. It is nasty and moldy
- Labor - Chinhae - Ive been trying to talk to people by knocking on doors, but I will be emailing more people. I’ve talked to some people already. I will be reviewing peoples’ labor and trying to coordinate with everyone. Things are being done.
- Food buyer - Alyssa - We’ve talked about keeping staples stocked. Spices need to be discussed with cooks. Trash bags and other cleaning stuff need to be overstocked. There is some basic food safety issues that might get solved with Tupperware being available
Bernard - I’m looking into getting some food safe containers for people.

- Grounds Coordinator - Phil - Things are coming along. I need to talk to Pickles to let her know about labor. She needs to water plants.
Bernard - please ask people not to water plants at the hottest part of the day, it will burn them
- Board Rep - Leah - An ongoing topic is the way the finances work. Currently, most of the money is kept at the houses, but most payments are made by CHEA, so CHEA is cash poor at the moment. Eventually we hope to streamline things so money isn’t being moved around all the time.
