Ricky - 1st meeting
Minutes from may 26th pass with correction from Leah that the board was aiming to present the new budget on June 9th
Stormie - I signed up for memco
Len - I will have surgery on Thursday and will be unavailable for about a week. I might be available via e-mail. Immediate treasurer needs may not be available
Stormie - Hardy house has 9 of 14 bedrooms filled with more on the way
Leah - the hardy house's leaser couldn’t find evidence that we are the guarantor of their loan. We still may be the loan guarantors, but maybe not.
Stormie - Sasona asks that I ask if there is any questions about NP and how their finances work. An email will be sent out. I can answer questions about how CHEA and NP relate.
Nicolas - The commons door has been left open at night several times. I saw a huge rat in there recently.
