Minutes from June 16th meeting pass
Bernard - David said there is people coming next week to fix the stairs
Stormie - Yes, we are about about to put down a deposit for the repairs
Fred - I’ve been in the hospital and having car troubles, but I’m on track and doing alright, I’ve talked to Russ
(Steward) Wanted to ask the House about whether folks would be alright with me signing off on Maintco for Logan ( I have already received written permission from her )
Beryl - I wanted to ask the house if this is alright
Stormie - we should vote on this because its not stated either way in the rules
Russ - the steward should have some discretion on this
Beryl - straw pole for if this is okay - unanimous hands up
Bernard - Any update on the repairs for the washer?
Stormie - We have contacted the company, I’m not aware of them responding back at all. We can’t buy just the part, they do not sell it. It is not under warranty.
Fred - can we google this and try to find it?
Stormie - they do not sell that piece, they sell other parts for it. The only thing we can buy is the whole front unit which costs around $500.
Russ - we lose about $200 a month by not having it up
Stormie - We are not getting reimbursed for maintenance right now and we have the stair expense coming up, so we don’t want to spend when we don’t have to
