Frog, maintenance: 108 is pretty good. We got together this week and 109 has been painted.
Reminder that we have an accommodations form on our website. This includes allergies!
Bread is stored in the kitchen commons fridge instead of the shelf for now.
We're closing the laundry room for the freeze tonight. Drip your cold faucets!
Please don't mess with the wires around the internet booth! We lost the camera system & the printer briefly.
Chinhae is running for NP board Rep!
We still need a nominee for Board Rep!
(Robbie) I'd like to request the following from the house:
• Allow me to sign a fresh 12-month lease
• Allow my owed balance/payment plan to be applied to the new lease and distributed evenly across the 12-month period.
Robbie: I missed a payment plan payment so I need house approval. I'd like to extend it at the time.
Kate, treasurer: It was $160ish and with the 12 month lease it would be down to $130.
Agenda Item approved.
(Leah) Discuss if La Reunion would like to welcome a videographer to film & interview consenting house members at a time TBD on January 29th and/or 30th for a film project promoting co-operatives
The filmmakers have also offered to hold an info session on January 21st or 24th to discuss how we could make our own short video about La Reunion, if we so choose
Leah: This would be a fast project. They've got other locations too, so probably just a few hours here. It would be nice to clean up our spaces before then, chop up the stuff around the dumpster.
Point of information: Early afternoon is probably best.
Leah: Are people interested in a further information session? They want to help us make a few-minute video about the cooperative.
POI: Yeah. Can you email us?
Leah: Yep. It's the Texas Rural Cooperative Center, associated with UT Rio Grande Valley.
Agenda item approved.
There was a guy snooping around the parking lot. Keep your eyes out.

Russ: Treasure City Thrift needs money & support.
Paul: They're a wonderful organization that help other nonprofits regularly. I'm down for organizing a group to go shopping there.
–
Frog: We still need help painting and finishing #109, tonight. Let's get together.
