+Beryl: Fred occupies a room here. A contract has not been signed. He paid the deposit. He only paid $300 of the deposit. There were issues at his old place, and there was a fire.

+POI: Steward can just post the member reviews. They may or may not be walked back before the next meeting. We probably won’t be evicting people immediately here.
+POI: Anyone can request that the labor czar annul their no-shows. Anyone can bring no-show disputes to house agenda items, and we’ll discuss those before the review and have the review or not as necessary.
