+Point of information: It felt racist and disrespectful to some people here. I understand there wasn’t a sign the first week, but I want clearer boundaries on these things. We know there have been miscommunications on our part as well, so we just wanted to have that conversation. We’ve never sat down and had that conversation about what is and is not allowed.

+Dao: Is there a way to avoid putting shrines on the big tables?
+POI: We could try to set up the altar in another place next year. It got pretty big and that was a solid location otherwise.
+POI: I’d rather see FNB use the smaller or folding tables in a situation like that.
+POI: More stuff in the space should be respected, like the air purifier, which is always supposed to be on, and I have seen turned off.

+Ken: There has been concern about the food use. We definitely use our own foods. We use some spices from the cabinet. If that’s a problem we can stop. We’ve also used potatoes from the bin and bought more in - we’ve probably brought more potatoes in than we’ve used.
+POI: Food buyer has said we run through some spices quickly, but I don’t know how much of that is FNB and how much is us. It’s probably fine.

+Bernard, kitchen manager: We’re actually trying to avoid an excess of potatoes from donations. Just let us know if you use potatoes and we can adjust as necessary. Maybe you could email the food buyer.

+Jill: We have two baby trees! We’ve got a baby of our resident tree and a hackberry. I’d like to move the baby over to where Victor’s tree is. We need to clear that with the city, and I’ve started that process.
+Point of information: I just want to make sure the hackberry is safe for the foundation.
+Jill: I’ll do the necessary research beforehand. If we don’t move it, it will die.
