+Richard, maintenance: I have the email account and am answering emails. If you emailed this month I should have either replied or dispatched someone for the issue. I am negotiating a final date for roach treatment - the earliest is this coming Friday, for the commons/west building. The other dates are more flexible, and can be in either order. East will probably be next, doing each a week apart. Residents should to do some work to prepare their units and not be in the units for a number of hours. I’m not planning on allowing any opt-outs - we’ll see.

We’re planning a block party as well - inviting neighbors, having different vendors or food or music or fun stuff like that, but I need help for all of that - let’s coordinate. Advertising - some light flyering - cooking, setting up, security, that all needs workers, and people on the planning committee. Let’s try to meet Wednesday at 7 pm.
