Corrected minutes to spell Dwain’s name right and note that we approved purchasing a printer. Minutes approved.

Reminder that people behind on rent need to get on a payment plan.

Dyers were installed and seem to work! Reminder to leave the washer doors open so they don’t get mildewy.

No update on post office box lock installation from the USPS.

Treasurer update: Key Figures shut down our Quickbooks for a little bit, so we have not paid our rent this month. I’ll be dropping it off on Tuesday.

Len & Stormie are moving out in March. They’ll be working to train their replacement officers in the meantime.

Suggestion: There should be a policy that cooks without DCU should clean up after themselves, or that cooks should do DCU if there’s no DCU assigned that night.

Bernard, labor: I don’t have DCUs on Mondays and Wednesdays. People stopped doing DCU because of the horrible messes from cooking and lack of DCU.

Suggestion: At least the cooks should put the cookware to soak.

Suggestion: I think more cooks should just also be assigned DCU. That’s 4.5 hours total, they can save up extra hours.

Clarifying question: Our library is occupied by Keen now?

Keen: I’m happy to not be there if anyone else wants to use the library.

Frog, membership: It’s supposed to be temporary. I’m working on relocating Keen. The commons is not Keen’s unit.
