Minutes approved.

(Paul) Added rule decided in 2019 about certain officer positions delegating tasks to an assistant: “The membership coordinator, maintenance coordinator, and labor czar may reallocate an hour of their own weekly labor credit in order to work with a one-hour-per-week assistant.”

Update approved.

There’s plumbing work that needs to happen in 103 before it can be rented out. There’s also a lot of stuff still in there that needs to either be sent to the former inhabitants or can be given away or tossed.

(Steward) The House should review and finalize the terms and language for Keen's behavior contract so it can be signed.

Steward: I did not write the contract out. That’s on me.
