+Stormie: had to go in person to file the eviction for fred, and got more insight about e-filing. Eviction has been filed and a court date has been set for August 27th, and a CHEA rep must be present, i will try to get the day off. Additionally, Nasco is in a really tight spot: two of the peach properties haven't sold. NASCO was able to negotiate a deferment until November, but will still need to pay Nov payment on top of deferred payments. There will be a discussion to overturn ruling around 3rd Peach property being sold to a non-mission aligned organization, as one wants to buy for around a million dollars. However, a deal needs to be made with cash in the bank by the time the loan payments are due in November. there are properties up for collateral on the loan, though it's unclear which properties are collateral.

+Stormie: mostly misguided frustration towards one person for things outside of their control that theyve never done before during an unprecedented time in NP History.
+David: working with a welder for a hopefully reasonable rate to do maintenance on the stairs, especially as they undergo wear and tear. we can let NP know that we will be deducting the cost of stair maintenance from our September payment, because this is a really important safety thing. i also ask that folks be accommodating to the welder so we can get this done.

+Stormie: i am not opposed to getting an estimate by any means, i just want us to be able to take time to decide before spending that much money right now. \\
+Tif: Phil keeps the lawnmower in the living room, and it smells. is there somewhere else we can keep it? \\

+Don: keeping gas cans and the lawnmower and stuff all in the same room is a fire hazard.

+Phil raised a concern about feeling like grounds labor isnt being done. \\
+Dwain: Fred is no longer living in the unit. he is in rehab, all his stuff is gone, and he didnt leave a key.
+Stormie: i need to check if we can even proceed with the eviction because he is in a treatment facility, it may depend on when he checked in and when the eviction was filed.

+Stormie: we gave him every chance he could, we were flexible with timelines, we tried to accommodate him, and did what we could to help while still trying to get the money he owed us. even at the meeting right before his notice expired he told us he wasnt going to have it the day the notice expired, but would have it the next day. our only option to get him to pay was the process we are in now.
