(Tracy Fuller) I am seeking approval for a new payment plan and an extension of my lease to accommodate the unique circumstances I am facing. As some of you may know, I have recently been accepted into a State rehabilitation job vocational training program due to my disability. This program offers a weekly stipend and SNAP benefits, which will cover my financial needs during the training period.

My first appointment with the program is scheduled for August 10th, and stipends could begin as early as 6 weeks from that date while they set me up for school. In light of this, I kindly request an adjustment to my payment plan to align with the expected stipend commencement date and the lease extension until the training program is completed.

I believe this temporary arrangement will allow me to continue being a contributing member of the co-op and will ensure my financial stability during the training period. I appreciate your consideration and understanding on this matter.

(Bernard) Member review for tracy for over 16 hours of no show labor. I have been very patient with this matter at hand and now I must move forward. This is not the 1st time we have had to discuss an issue with Tracy not doing labor or dragging his feet to anything labor related.
