Minutes from June 9th pass

Cory - GMM will be coming soon. There should be an email about it. There will probably be budget discussions. We have not adopted a budget yet. We are behind a month on the budget, if we wait we will be 2 months behind which will mean dividing the costs by 10 instead of 11.

Leah - have we talked about extending the timeframe for us paying off our debt?

Cory - We discussed maybe paying off the debt over 2 years, nothing has been decided. that would be helpful for us.

(Stormie) Refund Nolan an additional $430 as part of his security deposit/ pet deposit. We do not have the records to disprove or prove that this is what he is owed and he is under the firm belief that this is what he paid.

Cory - this is moot, it has been resolved, the lost records have been found, and the deposit has been refunded.

Beryl - Nominations are up, please nominate people

Len - we are at capacity, everything is alright for now.

Bernard - any update on the budget?
Cory - the board made some new decisions. We got an estimate for a new person to take over from key figures. The changes won't make a huge difference if we do it. We still haven’t all agreed on the amount of hours to give Daniel I think.

Russ - stair estimates?
Cory - we have a 7000 estimate, and a 23000 estimate.

Russ - Fred came to see me, he was in the hospital, he wants to get his deposit by Friday. He intends to get on a payment plan
