Agenda Item 1
(Russ) If a payment plan has been defaulted and the resident asks for and receives House approval for a new payment plan, the new payment plan must be signed with 10 days ot the date, of House approval. If not a Notice to Vacate shall be issued by the either the Steward, Treasurer or Memco.
Agenda Item 2
(Steward) Requesting that once the Labor Czar position is filled once again, that Gardenia is assigned as Steward Secretary. He has already been helping me over the past few months, and I will need his help if other officer positions are relinquished in the future.
